Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@hebeiimportexport.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Return Address: We will provide the return shipping address once your return is approved. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Amount:
- Full refund of the item price
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@hebeiimportexport.com
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
